GREETINGS to my fellow Classic Beauty Queens past and
present! I hope you are well and have enjoyed being a
Classic Beauty titleholder. I was so happy when I won
the title Ms. Classic Beauty 2007 and the opportunity
to represent this pageant. I am thrilled that my reign
will continue for another year! It has been rewarding
and uplifting to make appearances and speak to groups
on behalf of we voluptuous ones who have many curves
and even more life achievements to show off!

In my time as Ms. Classic Beauty I have been so busy!
I have waved to the crowds in several parades,
including the Canoga Park Memorial Day Parade (50,000
spectators and live broadcast), and being a Co-Grand
Marshal with my husband in the Orange County
MultiCultural Parade this past February. My first
time as a Grand Marshal! I have been a judge at the
national finals of the CA Beauties, Royal Essence,
Exquisite Miss, Magical Dreamworld and Ms. Woman of
Color Pageants. My husband and I were the first
husband and wife team to emcee the Miss/Ms Urban
California Pageant. The events that I volunteer with
include The MS Walk, The Governor & First Lady
Conference on Women, Operation Gratitude,The REVLON
Run/Walk for Women.

My platform continues in the area of health and
fitness -- quality of life for women over 40, in
particular menopuasal and postmenopausal women. The
past two years as a CURVES trainer and weight
management instructor has empowered me to help others
as well as achieve my own health and weight goals. I
am currently completing a certification course for
Lifestyle & Weight Management Specialist through NESTA
and will begin Life Strategies Coach certification
training through the Spencer institute in spring 2008.

Wearing the Classic Beauty crown has not only opened
doors for me that I never imagined could be at my age
(and size):-)But it has helped me to break the
titleholder stereotype that we have all faced at some
on our journey.

will do my best to continue to represent Classic
Beauty with excellence:-)
